Returns & Refunds Policy
YOSAN Home aims to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.
If goods arrive damaged, faulty, incorrect, or incomplete, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or collection.
Eligible return or replacement requests will be reviewed in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
Orders cancelled before dispatch may be eligible for a refund.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Returned items must be in acceptable condition unless faulty. Custom-made, special-order, or used items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly for any return or refund queries.
